CRN Magazine Honors Fujitsu Channel Program
Lorne Wilson Named One of the Top 25 Channel Chiefs
San Jose, CA, November 18, 2002 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA), a leading provider of high-performance storage products, today announced that CRN Magazine, the newsweekly for builders of technology solutions named Lorne Wilson, vice president, channel marketing and sales, as one of the year's top 25 channel executives.
CRN evaluated a list of channel chief candidates and selected finalists based on their ability to execute innovative channel policies and programs, willingness to publicly speak on behalf of the channel, the number of years involved with the channel and the amount of revenue generated by channel programs.

Under Wilson's direction, Fujitsu increased its focus on the channel and introduced several programs for its channel partners, including Partner-Force, project based MDF support, advanced availability of qualification units, and a cost-free FACT Lab. In addition, Fujitsu's overall storage revenue increased by 430 percent from fiscal year 2000 to fiscal year 2001. The majority of the increase is due to Fujitsu's enterprise channel market share which grew from .06 percent to 12 percent during this same time period.

In this business that means strengthening your communication network, working closely with your channel customers to identify needs and building solutions that exceed expectations.
