Fujitsu's Imaging Product Group Names Cranel Imaging Service Partner of the Year

Annual Award Honors Innovative Business Partner With Highest Service Sales for FY2000

San Jose, CA, November 19, 2001 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA), a market leader in document imaging scanners, today announced that Fujitsu's Imaging Product Group (IPG) named Cranel Imaging, a leading value-added distributor of document imaging and storage products and services, as the Service Distributor of the Year for FY2000. The award recognizes Fujitsu IPG's top-performing distributor and is specifically designed to acknowledge the companies that exemplify a true alliance through innovation that results in world-class business performance.

Cranel Imaging, a Fujitsu imaging distributor since 1985, finished the 2000 fiscal year (April 1, 2000 - March 31, 2001) with the highest distribution sales of Fujitsu service products, including scanner maintenance contracts and spare parts. Cranel sells exclusively to Value Added Resellers (VARs), who bundle the service products with imaging solutions for corporate users.
