Fujitsu Wins Prestigious VARBusiness Annual Report Card Award
Company Receives Top Scores in "Products/Pricing" Subcategory Voted on by Channel Partners
San Jose, CA, September 17, 2001 — Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA), one of the leading suppliers of hard drives and computer peripherals, today announced that VARBusiness magazine has named Fujitsu the number one vendor in the "Products/Pricing" subcategory within the Disk Drive classification during the 16th annual VARBusiness Annual Report Card (ARC) awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida on August 28. The ARC awards recognize outstanding partner programs in 15 product categories, including desktops, midrange servers, storage management software, Internet application server software and networking hardware.
In compiling the 2001 list of Annual Report Card winners, VARBusiness surveyed more than 5,000 systems integrators, IT consulting organizations, value-added resellers (VARs), solution providers and software developers/ISVs about their level of satisfaction with their partner relationships in more than 70 programs maintained by the leading technology vendors. The research was conducted by Bernett Research, an independent firm located in Boston, Massachusetts.
