Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Network Communications File Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Tellabs

Tyler, TX, January 29, 2008 – Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. (“Fujitsu”) announced today that they have filed a patent infringement lawsuit this morning against Tellabs, Inc. and Tellabs Operations, Inc. (“Tellabs”) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Fujitsu seeks monetary damages and an injunction against Tellabs’ future infringement of Fujitsu’s patents.
