Joe Snayd

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Joe Snayd currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Fujitsu Network Communications. In 1987, Joe was hired by Fujitsu to expand the company’s Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Joe was employed with the Pillsbury Company for 16 years. During that time, Joe worked for various Pillsbury subsidiaries in his field of expertise. He served as Vice President of Human Resources for Wilton Enterprises in Chicago, Illinois and Director of Human Resources for the Burger King Corporation in Miami, Florida. Joe’s professional career began in the Labor Relations Department of the Republic Steel Corporation.

Joe is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Baylor/Richardson Medical Center, Advisory Board Member for the Community Credit Union and is also past Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Kent State University.
