Sunrock Group's Document-Driven Business Enhanced with FileBound Software and Fujitsu Document Scanner Solution

Lincoln, NE – November 30, 2007 - FileBound Software, an affordable web-based Content Management Solution that addresses the needs of organizations of all sizes, announced today that Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a market leader in document imaging scanners and services, has bestowed the company with the ISV Innovative Award for their solution implementation at Sunrock Group. The award recognizes independent software and hardware vendors' who make significant contributions to content management solutions and help streamline business processes to positively impact their customers' bottom lines.

Sunrock Group, North Carolina's leading supplier of construction materials operates in a heavy document-driven environment that relies on "proof of delivery" tickets to identify when deliveries have been made so accounting and invoicing can be processed. Prior to implementing the Marex Group's FileBound Software and the Fujitsu document scanning solution, the company was experiencing a loss of 4,000 missing "proof of delivery" tickets per month, which often took up to three weeks to discover.

For each ticket that was unaccounted for Sunrock was losing money, as the deliveries could not be billed. With the new document scanning solution, Sunrock reduced its number of missing tickets to less than 3 or 4 per month, and located within 24 hours.
