Masanobu Katoh, Chairman & CEO, Fujitsu Management Services of America, Inc.
Masanobu Katoh is a leader in the global Information Technology industry, and also in International Commerce, Privacy, and Security on the Internet. Formerly President of the Law & Intellectual Property Group and President of Security Export Control Headquarters of Fujitsu Limited, Mr. Katoh was in charge of law, intellectual property, compliance, export control, law and policy. Elected to represent the Asia-Pacific region in 2000, Katoh served for three years as Director on the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or ICANN.
Katoh began his professional career in the Legal Division of Fujitsu, where he was in charge of general corporate legal issues. Later, he was assigned to a multinational law firm in San Francisco, where he worked on international arbitration. Moving then to the Fujitsu Washington, D.C. office, Katoh worked on public policy issues such as intellectual property, international trade disputes, science and technology, competition and electronic commerce.
Masanobu Katoh has published numerous articles on intellectual property, electronic commerce law, and telecommunication policy. He is the co-author of the book "Interfaces on Trial" (Westview, 1995), that analyzes copyright protection for computer programs. Katoh received his Bachelors of Law degree at the University of Tokyo and his Masters of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
In addition, Mr. Katoh serves as Corporate Vice President for Fujitsu Limited, Senior Vice President, Global Business Group, and Senior Vice President, Public Relations Unit.

Hiroshi Haruki, President, Chief Financial Officer, Fujitsu Management Services of America, Inc.
Hiroshi Haruki has spent more than 30 years with Fujitsu, mainly in the finance and accounting field. His career includes almost 20 years experience at executive positions in the United States, including: Fujitsu America, Inc. East Coast Headquarters in New York; Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, Inc. in Orange County, California; and Fujitsu Management Services of America, Inc. (FMSA) Headquarters in Silicon Valley.
Under his leadership, FMSA will achieve its mission: "FMSA contributes to the growth of Fujitsu businesses in North America by providing sister Fujitsu North American Companies (FNAC) with high quality and competitive Administrative Services & Professional Governance, so FNAC can concentrate on their respective core businesses".
In addition, Mr. Haruki serves as President and CEO of Fujitsu Receivable Corporation and CFO of Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc.
