Tetsuo Urano, Corporate Senior Vice President, Head of North American Operations
Tetsuo Urano joined Fujitsu in 1970 as a system engineer, where he developed Operations Research application software. From 1972 to1973, he was assigned to Fujitsu’s Hawaii Office to develop Environmental Simulation software together with the University of Hawaii. From 1975 to 1979, he was assigned to Fujitsu’s New York Office to conduct market studies of the US computer industry. He transferred from Japan to Fujitsu America in 1980, staying there until 1992. During that period, he worked with Amdahl Corporation to help them become a major US computer company. His last position at Fujitsu America was Vice President of the Cooperative Business Group. After spending 4-5 years in Japan, Mr. Urano transferred to Europe to help establish Fujitsu’s European Computer Business. He worked there from 1996 to 2004, during which Fujitsu Siemens Computers was formed and expanded to an $8 billion company. He was appointed as a Fujitsu Corporate Vice President in 2002.
Mr. Urano has contributed to Fujitsu’s success for over thirty-five years in marketing, sales and senior management positions in the United States, Europe and Japan.
Mr. Urano was appointed Head of the North American Operations in September 2005. He also serves as Corporate Senior Vice President and President of the Global Business Group, positions he has held since June 2004.

Hiroshi Haruki, President, Chief Financial Officer, Fujitsu America, Inc.
Hiroshi Haruki, President and CFO of Fujitsu America, Inc. (FAI) has spent more than 30 years with Fujitsu, mainly in the finance and accounting field. His career includes almost 20 years experience at executive positions in the United States, including: FAI's East Coast Headquarters in New York; Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, Inc. in Orange County, California; and FAI Headquarters in Silicon Valley.
Under his leadership, FAI will achieve its mission: "FAI contributes to the growth of Fujitsu businesses in North America by providing sister Fujitsu North American Companies (FNAC) with high quality and competitive Administrative Services & Professional Governance, so FNAC can concentrate on their respective core businesses".
In addition, Mr. Haruki also serves as President and CEO of Fujitsu Receivable Corporation and CFO of Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc.

Charles (Chuck) Faust, Executive Vice President for FAI, General Manager for North America Services
Mr. Faust joined Fujitsu in 1988 and was recently named Executive Vice President for Fujitsu America Incorporated (FAI) and General Manager for North America Services. For the past three years he has served as Chief Operating Officer for North America Services. His responsibilities include developing and delivering common administrative services in Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities, Logistics and Legal functions to the many Fujitsu subsidiaries in the region.
Prior to taking the services leadership role, Mr. Faust served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Fujitsu Microelectronics of America (FMA) responsible for administrative and operational functions in that wholly owned Fujitsu Ltd. subsidiary.
