Resource Recovery and Service Centre
Our highly successful Resource Recovery and Service Centre, located near Belfast, is one of the largest product recovery and repair service providers in the UK. This specialist division handles the complete recovery, refurbishment and remanufacturing cycle, for carriers and OEMs, from its purpose-built 25,000 sq. ft facility – close to Belfast International Airport for easy accessibility and fast deliveries.
We undertake the highest-quality electronic, electro-mechanical and cosmetic rebuilds of damaged or badly-worn machines – recovering as-new stock from products otherwise destined for disposal, and reducing waste by extending product lifetimes. Several thousand items are shipped every month, to customers throughout Europe and in the US.
Extensive in-house test facilities are adapted to suit each project's requirements, with appropriate test programmes being devised accordingly. Acceptance tolerances are agreed with the customer in advance, to ensure that the as-new specifications can be met and maintained as tightly as possible.

Our services are focused on preventing the unnecessary waste and disposal of electronic and electro-mechanical hardware, with a specialisation in telecommunications and IT systems. Our expertise encompasses the recovery, repair, servicing and, if necessary, the remanufacturing of products – to extend their useful operating life and minimise the volume of stock consigned for landfill. We complement our waste prevention services with bespoke manufacturing capability, particularly of cabling and electronic subsystems.
- Recovery & Remanufacturing
Our recovery and remanufacturing process maximises the return on the original investment and protects the long-term inventory value, with costs being significantly lower than that of new-build replacements. Recovered products are cleaned, re-coated and re-labelled, and can be repaired to component level or fitted with new printed wiring boards as required. The processed products and systems are indistinguishable from new, and are supplied with documentation and a full Fujitsu warranty.
- Laptop Repair Service
The dedicated repair service for all Fujitsu-branded laptop, notebook and tablet computers (including machines previously sold by Fujitsu Siemens). This service is available to companies and private individuals – from single machines to the maintenance of large corporate inventories.
- WEEE Compliance & Waste Management
Our refurbishment and remanufacturing processes comply with the EC Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive, while applying a complete WEEE service. We operate to WEEE standards, utilise environmentally benign materials and designs, and support customers’ compliance with our range of recycle and waste management services.
