Network Operations

Fujitsu’s Network Operations service encompasses product support and network management, with rapid-response fault management and a dedicated Customer Contact Centre, plus the deployment of Managed Wavelength Services. Our Network service is complemented by our Field Operations division, handling aspects such as equipment installations and first-line maintenance, specialist LLU cabling and test access requirements, environmental and power management, and fibre splicing.

Under the banner of our expert Network Operations division, we provide four key services:

  • A dedicated Customer Contact Centre.
  • Complete programme management.
  • Ongoing customer fault management.
  • Network management, deploying our state of the art FENS network management platform.

We provide 2nd- and 3rd-line support for all Fujitsu products, as well as network management and break/fix services. In addition, we have wide-ranging experience in managed wavelength services, undertaking all aspects of the internal planning of customer premises – from the initial site survey through to installation, operational risk assessment, NMS availability and access.

This is complemented by our Field Operations division, responsible for all aspects of external works, equipment installation and commissioning, infrastructure installation and first-line maintenance. This can include everything from LLU tie cables and TAMS, buildings access and security, power and environmental management, fibre splicing, ducting, and polling.
