Richard was appointed as Corporate First Senior Vice President in June 2008. He has overall management responsibility for Fujitsu's global business outside of Japan, heading up Fujitsu's new Global Business Group, which was established in June 2008. Richard's remit encompasses the various Fujitsu companies throughout the world, including Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe. He holds the post of either Chairman or Board member to all of Fujitsu’s businesses in Europe. His long and successful career includes executive positions with STC Telecommunications Limited (STC), Solaglas (UK) Limited, and ICL (becoming Fujitsu Services in 2002), holding the post as Acting Chief Executive from 2000, and Executive Chairman from 2004. Richard has written numerous articles and lectures on Commercial Law, EC Competition Law, and Intellectual Property, as well as four books. Married with two sons, Richard cites his personal interests as including opera, theatre and literature, and he is also on the Board of the Academy of St Martin’s in the Fields, the Association of MBA’s and LMS Capital plc. |

As the non-executive Co-Chairman of Fujitsu Telecommunications, Simon Blagden gets directly engaged in supporting the executive team. Simon has over 20 years' experience in the telecoms and IT industry, living and working in most regions of the world across a truly international career. Following 5 years at GEC Plessey as International Commercial Manager and then Country General Manager, Simon joined The Quante Group as UK Managing Director. In 1995, he joined Quante's main board as International CEO, with operations in over 50 countries worldwide, and he led the sale of the company to 3M in 2000. Simon was appointed a Member of The Order of The Britsh Empire in 1997 for services to industry. |

Andy has corporate responsibility for the growth and development of Fujitsu’s telecommunications products and services across EMEA. Since joining Fujitsu in 1993, highlights of Andy's career include responsibility for the development of Fujitsu’s Broadband Access portfolio, as Engineering Director in the late 1990s. This now provides the main product revenue stream for Fujitsu‘s telecommunications business in Europe. As Chief Operating Officer, Andy led the transformation of the business from an £80 million marginal business into a £250 million profitable enterprise. Fujitsu is the UK's leading broadband access technology company in the UK, designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining more than 5 million DSL customers for UK and mainland European carriers. Fujitsu is also one of the top UK providers for network infrastructure support services. Andy has two children and lives in Solihull. His hobbies are reading, golf and squash. |

Heading up the Carrier Business Division, Tony Oppenheim joined Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe in February 2007 from group company, Fujitsu Services. Tony's focus is on effecting a programme of strategic evolution, reflecting the company's transition from a traditionally product-focused organisation into a wholly customer-centric business. |
Akio Taruta |

Akio Taruta has held the post of CFO since 2002. He joined Fujitsu in 1981, after graduating from Yokohama City University, working in the Accounting Department for International Operations. He became the Senior Accountant at the Oyama Plant in 1989 and CFO of Fujitsu Network Switching of America, Inc, in 1994. Appointed Director, Accounting, of FNC in 1997, he became Manager of the Accounting Division of the Communication Systems Group in 2000. Married with 1 daughter, he has music high on his list of personal interests, with wide ranging tastes, and enjoys playing piano and guitar. Other interests include football and golf. |

Satoshi Ikeuchi brings 31 years of telecommunications industry experience to his current position as CEO and President of Fujitsu Network Communications. He oversees all product planning, product development, sales, marketing, manufacturing and customer support organisations at the company’s headquarters in Richardson, Texas. Mr. Ikeuchi’s career in telecommunications began in 1975 where he was hired as an Engineer in Coaxial and Optical transmission product development at Fujitsu. From 1987 through 1995, Mr. Ikeuchi took management positions with increasing responsibility in the Transmission Group at Fujitsu, and from 1995 to 2001, he served as Senior Director, Vice President and eventually Senior Vice President of Engineering for FNC. In 2004, Mr. Ikeuchi was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Photonics Systems Business Group where he was responsible for the company’s telecommunications business overseas. This leadership role led to extensive involvement in the business operations of FNC. Through Mr. Ikeuchi’s business planning and operations strategy over the years, FNC has expanded sales efforts into several new markets including cable/MSOs, wireless, enterprise, federal government and utilities through direct sales and an expanded channel partner program. Mr. Ikeuchi holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology University. |

Hiroshi Nagatomi has been leading Fujitsu's Telecom Business Group since January 2009, and also holds the post of Corporate Senior Vice President within Fujitsu Limited. He joined Fujitsu in 1967, after graduating from Chuo University, working in the International Telecom Business Group. He became General Manager of Business Communication System Division in 1992 and was appointed as Member of the Board of Fujitsu Network Solutions Limited (FNETS) in 2001. Mr. Nagatomi was promoted to President of FNETS in 2005 and his leadership role produced considerable improvement in profit of FNETS. Married with 2 daughters, his hobby is gardening and he has a great knowledge of tea and its history. |
Roger Gilbert |

Roger joined Fujitsu in 2002 as Director of the Central Government Business Unit, and was appointed as Chief Executive of Fujitsu, UK and Ireland in April 2009. His extensive career prior to Fujitsu includes posts as a Research Fellow at the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, as well as Managing Director of EDS' UK Defence Division and latterly, Chief Executive of Vega Group PLC. During this time, Vega Group successfully completed the acquisition of Crew Services, a consultancy with specific expertise in Defence and Healthcare. |
