  • A fully managed, “piped-in” VoIP service. Office, field and home-based staff will be equipped with standardised equip- ment IP telephony equipment according to their needs and the organisational requirements.
  • An all-inclusive, predictable PUPM bill that will cover all calls, including external and mobile calls. Furthermore we will aggregate call usage across your organisation so that heavy or excessive users don’t saddle you with extra cost. This approach is an “industry leader”.
  • Your network will be securely connected to our MPLS network which provides direct resilient connectivity to our VoIP platform and all telephone conversations will be appropriately routed either internally or externally, using a secure, proven carrier-class switch with full hierarchical billing.
  • You will receive rapidly implemented, secure and cost effective VoIP as a utility with simple contractual terms, predictable payments and a committed SLA.
  • We can port your exisiting telephone numbers onto the new service.

This standard PUPM service can be augmented by handset and customer care options, again all charged on a simple predictable model.

The solution needn’t end there. Switching to VoIP opens the way to fixed/mobile convergence. The introduction of mobile phones with WiFi functionality allows us to provide staff with a single handset, regardless of whether they are in the office, in the field or at home.

From the office or home, outgoing calls are covered by the inclusive Fujitsu Services PUPM contract, either from a secure home VPN or using an office WiFi network.

In the field the phone reverts to being a standard mobile. The results: substantial cost savings and just one handset to worry about, regardless of location or circumstances. If you wish we can bar premium rate or specified international calls to help keep costs down even further.
