Our service helps customers run their business, by ensuring that the mission critical IT services they depend on, are available when they need them. Servers can be managed at either a customer or Fujitsu location. The service is delivered remotely from our secure UK or Global Delivery Centres. Customers are charged for each component that we manage, using our simple utility based pricing model, which allows for costs to be flexed up and down.

This solution is aimed at back office servers in retail outlet locations, where cost is a key decision factor and infrastructure configuration is generally common across all retail locations.
