- BIS - Matrix 2 knowledge management
The application development work undertaken by Fujitsu for MATRIX 2 was not a straightforward upgrade as it involved a major integration and transition to a new set of tools, utilising an entirely different Oracle database schema and much closer integration with Microsoft Office.

Fujitsu worked with red.es to design ONTSI.Data, an innovative information management solution that enables a wide range of users to electronically prepare their own reports using the main Information Society performance indicators.
- States of Guernsey: Electronic Document and Record Management (EDRM)
Fujitsu have implemented a fully integrated, electronic document and record management (EDRM) solution for the States of Guernsey. In addition, Fujitsu provided a workflow solution that enables Guernsey Income Tax to track and automate the processing of tax returns and correspondence.
- Weymouth & Portland Borough Council
Weymouth & Portland Council wanted to make access to services and information easier for its residents. This objective was part of the council's plan to meet government targets to deliver all services electronically by 2005, without creating social exclusion.
