Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Appoints Stavros Petrides in Senior Strategy Role

Birmingham, 21st August 2007 — Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd, the leading supplier of high performance telecommunications solutions, announces the appointment of Stavros Petrides as Chief Strategy Officer. Stavros’ prime objective is to build on the company’s established business base, evolving the company’s strategic approach within Europe. His focus will include exploring the market potential for the creation of innovative new products and services.

Stavros has worked in the ICT arena for over 30 years, with a successful career that has included positions with companies such as Atos, BT, Telindus, Atlantic and Computers & Systems Engineering plc. During the last 15 years, Stavros has held a number of senior management roles, both in the UK and internationally, encompassing sales, marketing, system integration, service delivery, system engineering, managed operations and business management.

Stavros Petrides was born in Cyprus and educated in both Cyprus and England. He lives in Chorleywood with his wife and two sons and, when not working, he enjoys reading, swimming and various country pursuits. Stavros shares a particular passion for entertaining and good food with the majority of his Greek compatriots!
