Fujitsu Software Corporation today announced that it has been named to KMWorld's 2004 list of "100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management."

Sunnyvale, 30th March 2004 — Fujitsu Software Corporation today announced that it has been named to KMWorld's 2004 list of "100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management." The prestigious list recognizes companies leading the way in the knowledge economy and is assembled by KM practitioners, theorists, customers, analysts, and editors. It will be published in the April 2004 issue of KMWorld and online at http://www.kmworld.com/100.cfm.

"Criteria for inclusion in the '100 Companies' varied, but there is one thing all the companies have in common: velocity of innovation," said Hugh McKellar, editor-in-chief of KMWorld. "Fujitsu Software Corporation has made significant investments in technology to harness shared knowledge and optimize processes at a human level, enabling companies to maximize their business productivity and achieve a truly collaborative enterprise using the Fujitsu Interstage Suite."

One of the world's broadest families of application infrastructure software products, the Fujitsu Interstage® Suite delivers critical capabilities for enabling knowledge management, including collaboration, content integration, portals, and business intelligence.

"Success in today's global market demands the ability to convert knowledge into insight - and then execute on that insight in real time," said Robert Sepanloo, senior vice president of Interstage at Fujitsu Software Corporation. "We are honored to be recognized by KMWorld for our contribution in enabling companies to turn their critical intellectual assets and processes into a strategic advantage."
