The very first aspect of our engagement is therefore to confirm that the benefits which we expect should be gained through a SellSure implementation apply to you. We do this in two ways.
Firstly, we will engage with the departments impacted by SellSure – from Sales through to Customer Service– to build a map of the value each can realistically expect to gain from the implementation. This will reflect your strategic imperatives and will take into account your unique operational situation. The resulting plan will demonstrate the impact not just on each part of the organisation but importantly the overall impact of SellSure. This will be your business case.
Once approved we will build a more detailed view of the initiatives required to deliver those benefits. This Programme Plan will be solely focussed on the achievement of business benefit.
Those benefits will be defined such that they:
- Are unambiguous
- Are measurable and have agreed deliverables associated with them
- Have clear ownership assigned
- Have clearly defined dependencies and assumptions
- Are reflected in a committed timeline for delivery
- Will be classified according to progress (interim, final)
