Shop in the Store of the Future

Retail Solutions 2007 5th-7th June, NEC Arena, Birmingham, UK

A first at Retail Solutions 2007 will be the Store of the Future, brought to you by Fujitsu.

Fujitsu, dedicated to improving the customer experience, will be demonstrating how shopping will look over the next few years. The stand features scenarios from the grocery and department store sectors and will give visitors direct experience of the new retailing, using a mix of customer-facing technologies aligned with supporting back-office solutions.

Visitors to the store will be able to shop in ways that, within a few years, will become common place.

To support our Store of the Future initiative, we have also secured two keynote presentations, Sarah Kellett, will examine ‘What’s in-store for the 21st century shopper’ and Bill Waterson will launch the results of our latest European consumer research project around how the retail experience is changing and the impact of technology.
