Mark Nicholls - Customer Experience - Our Consultants

Mark Nicholls

Mark Nicholls is Head of the Customer Experience Practice at Fujitsu Services. Mark has over 20 years experience in developing and implementing customer centric business strategies in both private and public sectors.

At Fujitsu, Mark is developing a business consulting and BPO practice that will allow businesses to focus on differentiation through customer experience. As products and services become more commoditised and channels to market proliferate, customer experience is already a key factor on the bottom-line.

Prior to joining Fujitsu, Mark successfully developed corporate transformation programmes for high profile organisations and delivered measureable improvements in how they market, sell to and service their customers.

Ann Sinclair - Customer Experience - Our Consultants

Ann Sinclair

Ann has led Fujitsu’s Customer Experience programme since it was established.

She has worked with our clients on the issues they face delivering their customer experience and has also led our research initiatives to better understand the role of technology in delivering customer experience.

Ann brings more than 12 years of experience working in Sales and Marketing in Europe and Asia, in mobile communications as well as IT services.

Dr Mark Dorgan is European retail partner at Fujitsu Services. Mark is a leading commentator on and advisor to the retail sector and has a wealth of experience in this arena.

At Fujitsu, Mark drives the retail strategy, supports retail leaders across Europe in transforming their businesses and ensures the provision of value-added technology services targeted at the specific needs of retailers. Fujitsu's retail offering focuses on key areas such as exploiting multi-channel retailing, managing in-store systems, integrating supply chains and optimising IT infrastructure.

Prior to joining Fujitsu, Mark successfully led global transformation programmes and delivered results for high profile companies in a number of regions throughout the world via strategy, business process and solution implementation and is known for his rigorous approach and delivery of benefits.


Sarah Kellett - Customer Experience - Our Consultants

Sarah Kellett

With 30 years’ experience in the retail industry, Sarah’s career has mostly concentrated on retail operations; working for leading department stores such as Bentalls, where she was the supply chain and operations director and Harrods, where she held a number of positions including merchandise systems coordinator and POS project team leader.

Sarah’s most recent role, prior to joining Fujitsu, was solutions specialist for business development at Wincor Nixdorf.
