Our last event was held on March 18th when we looked at the role of customer collaboration in helping organisations develop services and products. Our next customer experience themed event will be held in September when we will be looking at the challenges of multi-channel integration.
Customer Experience Forum
This small, invite-only group meets once every quarter to discuss and debate the latest developments in customer experience thinking, and operations. Previous topics have included:
- A definition of Customer Experience Management
- Industrialisation – scaling up the small and successful in customer experience
- Emotional Empathy – the pain and joy of front line service delivery

Other Events
Fujitsu regularly sponsor and take part in conferences and other events with a customer experience theme. We were proud to be a sponsor of the Intellect ‘Transformational Government’ conference in March, and Civil Service Live in April. We will be attending European Customer Management World in May, and regularly work with the TEN (the Telecoms Executive Network).
