A global financial services company with more than 7,700 employees in 20 countries has a mission to become the premier European Wealth manager – and looks to Fujitsu for help

Before working with Fujitsu, this global financial services company’s wealth management division relied on spreadsheets to manage new client leads, campaigns, opportunities and overall sales performance. After a successful implementation of Salesforce.com in the corporate client area of the bank, the client decided to extend the application into the personal wealth management division.

Fujitsu’s SaaS practice engaged with the client to deliver a complete review of the end-to-end business processes and identify key areas of concern.

Following this review, Fujitsu provided recommendations for implementing Salesforce.com and proposed a “day one” solution.
