Raising awareness and spreading good practice

For some years we have trained our staff in environmental legislation, environmental awareness and our compliance methodologies. This included workshops on future legislation and its likely impact and the environmental risks involved.

Building on this work, we have recently added an environment module to both our Induction and Reputation training programmes, to ensure that all new staff are exposed to the sustainability message. Additionally, all our legal and commercial staff will receive training on environmental obligations specific to their jobs.
