A exciting new element of my role is engaging with the programme teams during the transition of new services to ensure we have adequate resources in place. I thoroughly enjoy my current role, in particular acting as the single point of contact for resource demand and interacting with many different areas of the business from, account managers and Service Delivery Managers to Project Managers and also high level technical implementation staff. My role is extremely varied and rewarding.
