Lead Customer Solution Architects form centres of excellence and are prime sources of best practice for solution design and technical architecture across the enterprise. They operate primarily across the UK, Continental Europe and Nordic to provide consistency in developing customer based solutions.
You will be recognised as an expert within your field and your reputation for defining and delivering the largest technical programmes, strategies and architectures will stretch across the whole market.
Working with and influencing at C-level you will excel at understanding your customer's business and commercial issues and contribute key insights.
You will design, scope and help ensure the successful delivery of £multi-million high profile, complex and often politically sensitive service architectures, which have a major impact on the customer’s business. You are key in achieving an overall impeccable customer experience.
Your excellence in people management and consistency of approach will inspire, motivate and unite vast virtual teams to deliver and continuously improve upon world class business and individual performance.
