Duisburg, Germany, 27.01.2011 - Wolfgang Clement, Germany's former minister of economics and mentor of the Top Job initiative, presents FSEU with the prestigious "Top Job" award at a ceremony in Duisburg-Nord Industrial Landscape Park. The study analyses HR management instruments and takes a close look at their efficiency in an employee opinion survey.
The categories examined were: Leadership & Vision, Family Awareness & Demography, Motivation & Dynamism, Employee Development & Prospects, Culture & Communication and Internal Entrepreneurship. In particular, the judges cherished the culture of trust felt among all FSEU staff. This is surely due to the fact that the company could hold its complete workforce during the recent economic downturn. But also the open communication pays off.
