Department Manager (Sales)(Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Main Responsibility
• Establish relationship with Top executives Management of customers
• Set up long terms sales plan correspondent with company’s direction
• Create relationship with major partner in order to shared business sales plan
• Create new business opportunities for vertically and horizontally
• Setup sales strategy to achieve target
• Setup sales company direction and execute the plan through related sales department
• Manage sales team to achieve target
• Bases on Sales Forecast, sales pipeline, monitor performance of sales team and sales figure by month, quarter and year
• Create new business opportunities or new channel

• Male or Female, Age minimum 35 years old
• Can read, write, and speak Japanese (equivalent to JLPT 2 as minimum)
• Work experience more than 10 years in total (industrial products sales or IT related product and services sales)
• Has experience in dealing with Japanese customers, Japanese vendors and Japanese staffs.
• Master Degree in any field
• Fluent in English
• Have own car and can travel upcountry
• Has experience in managing sales team
• Has knowledge in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and etc.)
