Responsibilities:
- 1. To establish department target and objective to meet company policy
- 2. To control implementation plans, problem solving, project delivered & milestones.
- 3. To participate in professional, standards meetings, service evaluation with parties involved.
- 4. To identify risks and mitigate as appropriate during the course of implementation.
- 5. To balance the interest of all parties and make the project a success.
- 6. To hold post implementation meetings and discuss future enhancement plan with customers.
- 7. Controls deliver product application and milestone to customers as appropriate within timeframe, budget and quality
- 8. Improve/maintain customer satisfaction service and establish gap analysis in department.
- 9. Work closely with salespeople to provide technical recommendations and solutions for customized sales projects, pre-sales,
and manage the projects.
- 10. To assist and advise project manager to close pre-sales
- 11. Exercise effective project / vendor management practice to ensure new product/service development / product launch within
committed schedule and to minimize the associated risks.
- 12. Manage/ Control expenses, human resource and outsource resource within budget; and department target, quality policy/objective
- 13. Coordinate and participate in association of company
- 14. Report progress of job assignment to supervisor
- 15. To accomplish job/work as assignment

| Qualification : |
- Male or Female, 35-40 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS.
- Experience 10 year in computer business solution.
- Strong experience in WEB system development/ implementation and having projection management skills.
- Fluent ability to communicate in English both verbally and in written.
- Good service mind and innovation.
- Experience in pre-sales.
- Good communication skill in English and Thai.
