Personnel and Payroll Information System (PPiS)
Personnel and Payroll Information System (PPiS) was built for response in solving the problems and increasing efficiency for personal management in another business especially personal management in industrial factory and support working is related to information of company, which have many subsidiary companies.
Components of PPiS system are:
- Personnel Operation
- Attendance Operation
- Payroll Operation
- Evaluation Operation (Option)
Additionally, PPiS system consists of 3 additional sub systems:
- System Maintenance Operation
- Multi-Company (This is a part of Personal Operation)
- Barcode Interface (Option)
PPiS gives the business a more sufficient workflow by offering the following features: ability to using Windows NT, Solaris and Window standalone, easy to use with Graphical User Interface, interfacing to Excel, Access via ODBC, delivery of multi-company concept, enhancing condition search, flexibility, data accuracy, ability to setup data both in English and in Thai, selectivity of output data (display on screen, save to file, or print), and delivery of spooler concept.
