The Fujitsu Eternus 2000 model 200 disk array
May 12, 2007 — Fujitsu announced the release of its Eternus 2000 series, an entry-level addition to its existing line of disk arrays.
Each of the new models comes in a 2U (9-cm) rackmount configuration. Reducing the total number of parts in these models has
enabled power consumption to be cut by roughly 40%, claims Fujitsu.
