Data Centre

Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd (FAPL) deploys a full portfolio of services from its Data Center in Singapore. It consists of managed state-of-the-art and secured Managed Facility as well as Colocation Services, Managed Services, and Professional Services. Our Data Centre is carrier independent, having high bandwidth Internet access, loaded with advanced capabilities and operated within a secure, highly resilient environment and yet have the capacity to cater for rapid growth in demand.

Installation

Fujitsu's installation services include New PC Desktop / Server System installation, PC hardware and software add-ons or upgrades on existing PC desktop systems, Transfer of PC hardware and software to another location, Transfer of PC software from one PC desktop system to another and Removal and disposal of PC hardware or software. Our services are modular and can be tailored to the Customer's individual needs or to accommodate specific requirements on a local level.

Maintenance

Fujitsu's maintenance services include Problem Logging, Problem Diagnosis, Problem Resolution, Hardware Warranty and Optional Services This service applies to equipment listed in the schedule accompanying the service contract. Our services are modular and can be tailored to the Customer's individual needs or to accommodate specific requirements on a local level.

Network Management

Fujitsu Network Support service provides hardware and software support like Network Design, Network Deployment and Network Operation Management.. Our services are modular and can be tailored to the Customer's individual needs or to accommodate specific requirements on a local level.

Procurement

Fujitsu procurement service provides for the procurement of IT hardware and software products for the Customer and delivery of those products to specified Customer locations. This includes : Order Processing, Product Supply, Invoicing and Service Management. Our services are modular and can be tailored to the Customer's individual needs or to accommodate specific requirements on a local level.

Project Management

Fujitsu Asia had the opportunity to work on some significant projects with major corporate accounts. In all their critical data relocations, Fujitsu Asia managed to deliver the projects on time and on budget. Our track record includes two relocations involving all vendors within Singapore and another from Japan to Singapore.

Training

Fujitsu training service provides the Customer's end users with training on agreed standard PC desktop computing environment and include Training Requirements Planning, Provision of Training, Administration and Scheduling, Provision of Service Reports and more.

Migration

Fujitsu System Design and Migration services help define the Customer's standard computing infrastructure and develop a plan for migration from the existing computing environment to that infrastructure. This include Requirements and Specification of the Standard IT Infrastructure, Technical Testing of the Standard IT Infrastructure, Support Services and Migration Planning.
