- Adobe Acrobat Standard 7.0 offers an easy way to create and share secure and reliable Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) documents.
- ScandAll 21 allows user to scan to preview/ PDF/ email/ designated files in one seamless operation.
- Preview mode allows immediate display of scanned results. Setting can then be changed or saved to apply to a whole batch of documents.
- Virtual ReScan (VRS) enables high accuracy in data captured from scanned documents, significantly reducing the need to manually correct the results of intelligent character recognition (ICR) and optical character recognition (OCR).
