Can I scan documents of different sizes in the same batch using the ADF?
Generally scanning documents with different widths is not recommended, as it may cause a skew error. However, we have enhanced the feeding technology of fi-5750C to do mixed document scanning. For more information, please refer to fi-5750C.
For your information
The following scanners, which support "Double Feed Detection" can scan a batch of documents that contains different paper sizes. These scanners output the scanned images in each individual document size. Also, when the documents are skewed and fed through the ADF, the scanned images are automatically straightened.

Note
- The application software which supports the "ICAP_UNDEFINEDIMAGESIZE" function, is also required.
- The scanner may not work properly with some application software.
- A minimum level of PC performance is also required.
- The scanning speed may be affected by this operation.
