MB39C316 is a power management IC equipped with 3ch DC/DC converter and the 4ch linear regulator (LDO).
MB39C316 operate in the range of power supply voltage with 1-cell Li-ion power by 1ch buck boost DC/DC converter of high efficiency, and has 4ch LDO which is suitable to supply voltage for mobile terminals.
