Fujitsu and Siemens AG have been enjoying an excellent partner relationship for more than twenty years in various fields of information technologies and communications. In June, 1999, they agreed to create a far-reaching cooperation that significantly expands their joint activities in the world wide computer market. As part of this, the two companies merged their European computer operations and established a joint-venture company called Fujitsu Technology Solutions. This Joint Venture develops, manufactures and markets a full range of information products. The agreement is also expected to help dramatically improve worldwide service for Fujitsu's Global Accounts.
