Fujitsu Retail Systems Management powered by Miradore (FRSM) is a unified web-based IT lifecycle management system with integrated asset management, configuration management, power management, and lifecycle management tools for managing multiple device platforms including Desktops, Point-of-Sale devices, mobile terminals and servers.

FRSM is an easy to implement and scalable solution that has been proven to significantly reduce the overall costs of IT by simplifying the work of IT management while also providing tools for monitoring and managing the power consumption of managed devices. With the asset management system, the changes to devices are easily implemented and automatically recorded to the configuration management database.

The ability to remotely access in-store systems to effect system maintenance and repairs without the need for a store visit is provided: Software updates can be scheduled and delivered to the store without the need to send a service technician while bare metal systems can be automatically built / rebuilt from a server based system by minimally skilled staff.

FRSM supports practically all major software and hardware platforms, including POS environments with a multitude of peripherals. This enables a more cost-efficient and simple management of the diverse environments, as only one solution is required for managing all the devices.
