BS2000 Product Related Services
 
The support for hardware and software includes incident, problem and change management, proactive services (e.g., Autocall, Hot Infos) along with the installation of patches and updates for software. Depending on customer requirements, the support can be delivered from 9x5 to 24x7 remote and on-site. Response times and guaranteed on-site arrival times, along with defined hardware repair times, can be specified and agreed in accordance with customer demands.

A world first: SUSE Business Critical Linux Service
Fujitsu and SUSE have joined forces to offer SUSE Business Critical Linux Service, a unique premium support package which is ideal for x86-64 platforms running business-critical applications. The service offers worldwide 24/7 support for a period of up to eight years for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension (from SLES 12 SP2 and SLES 15 SP1) with 30-minute response times and status updates in serious incidents (Priority Level 1).
