We are looking for:
Service Desk Agents Level 1: Provide technical assistance to users via email or phone.

¥ Excellent language skills in English and other language; 
¥ Strong communication skills and team work ability; 
¥ Availability for rotating schedules (night hours and / or weekends); 
¥ Help Desk experience preferable and / or IT basic knowledge;
