Portugal Konrad Meier becomes second Executive Board member of TDS AG

TDS AG has appointed Konrad Meier as the second Executive Board member. In his new role, he will be responsible for the IT Outsourcing segment, as well as HR, purchase and internal IT at TDS. Dr. Heiner Diefenbach, Chairman of the Executive Board, is in charge of the IT Consulting and HR Services & Solutions segments, as well as all other administrative functions.
Konrad Meier will be able to apply his extensive management experience in his new position. His experience includes his role as head of IT Outsourcing at TDS since 2005, as well as positions at other IT companies. At EDS Operations Services GmbH, the qualified telecommunications engineer was responsible for planning and executing all outsourcing projects. He has also held various management roles at Debis Systemhaus GmbH.

Konrad Meier considers his main task to be the ongoing expansion of IT Outsourcing operations. “We want to continue to deliver services from our German locations. By working closely with Fujitsu Services, we can support our customers’ projects worldwide. By the same token, Fujitsu Services’ international customers will continue to benefit from on-site advice and assistance,” says Meier. “The key to our success is our highly skilled and dedicated staff.”
