Portugal New Fujitsu Services enters the Swedish IT market

Fujitsu Services and Mandator merge to form a leading IT company in Sweden. The new company is part of the world’s third largest IT group and offers services and solutions to the private and public sectors. Harnessing its high delivery capacity, innovation and flexible business model, Fujitsu will offer a new and exciting alternative to traditional local and international IT companies in Sweden.

The new Fujitsu Services will be launched in Sweden on 1 April. By merging, Mandator and Fujitsu Services will form the sixth largest IT company in the Swedish market and offer a wide range of services, including expert consulting, outsourcing and hardware/software products. The company’s business concept revolves around establishing long-term customer relations built on success and mutual benefits.

The company has offices throughout Sweden and is headquartered in Stockholm. The company will employ more than 600 people. Customers include Sandvik, Volvo Cars, Sony Ericsson, Swedbank, Toshiba and Åhléns, to name a few.
