|Advance Exchange||The service type used in Warranty and some Service Plans on Personal, Workgroup, Departmental and Network Scanners as well as Specialist Products.|
|OnSite Service||The service type used in Warranty on Low-Volume Production Scanners and Mid-Volume Production Scanners. It is also used in all Service Plans for both Production Scanner groups of products as well as some Service Plans for Workgroup, Departmental and Network Scanners.|
|Preventative Maintenance||A scheduled, proactive maintenance visit, essential for customers whose business process depends on scanning documents. It is intended to keep your product performing at optimal levels and reduce the risk of unscheduled downtime and loss of productivity. It is included in Warranty and all Service Plans for Mid-Volume Production Scanners. Also included in some Service Plans for Low-Volume Production Scanners. Can also be purchased as an 'Add-on' to any Service Plan based on Onsite Service.|
|Installation Service||Scanner installation service within 7 days, available for Workgroup, Departmental, Network, Low-Volume Production and Mid-Volume Production scanners.|
|Express Installation Service||Scanner installation service within 1-2 days, available for Workgroup, Departmental, Network, Low-Volume Production and Mid-Volume Production scanners.|
