Poland Global Delivery Centre in Łódź serves as a key component of Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Framework. The Global Delivery Centre provides high quality Service Desk capability in a wide range of languages.
Service Desks provide a dynamic and vibrant working environment, in which you are able to work directly with international customers on a daily basis.

Skills we are looking for (in general, depending on a role):

  • Fluent knowledge of English and one of the languages listed above
  • At least basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office environment

The RIM Line of Service enables Fujitsu to extend its existing portfolio of 1st and 2nd level of support by 3rd line technical services. It includes wide spectrum of technologies that are being supported such as: Servers, Database, Virtualization, Messaging & Collaboration, Enterprise Platform Management, Apps Packaging and Network - wide range technology of top-end datacentre technologies in global infrastructures.

Research & Development

Fujitsu R&D Department is the first research and development institution in Poland founded by Fujitsu. Our research fields include solution evolution, case studies as well as all software and hardware related aspects. The goal of our research is to help the commercial activities of Fujitsu, and contribute to technical progress and commercial development of the company via a strong cooperation with a number of universities and other research and development institutions in Europe.

Shared Service Center

Fujitsu, with its Headquarter in Japan, opened its financial shared service center (SSC) in Łódź in 2014. Our main objective is to support the core business activities of Fujitsu Technology Solutions in the area of finance and accounting. This global SSC specializes in accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, financial reporting and masterdata management of Fujitsu entities. Our employees support local entities in most of the European languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish...and more.

Skills we are looking for (in general, depending on a role):

  • Advanced knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of one of the languages listed above
  • Education in Finance and Accounting or experience in the area
  • Previous experience in working within a Shared Service Center will be an asset
