The FPI Group has become a major player in meeting the demands of large enterprises for products and services in the networking and communications space. FPI's wholly-owned subsidiary WeSolv Open Computing Inc. employs the largest number of network engineers in the country, and focuses on serving the voice-and-data requirements of service providers and small-to-medium-size enterprises.
A sampling of our products and services include:
We are the largest Philippine reseller of Cisco Systems, the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, with products such as routers, LAN switches, ATM switches, dial-up access servers and network management software.
Periphonics is the market leader in IVR and CTI platform products, moving into the exciting new technology of voice recognition. We integrate Periphonics components with other computer hardware and software, to automate call and transaction processing and to increase agent productivity for our customers.
In addition to our own Fujitsu Information Switching Systems, we also provide business communication solutions from ECI (formerly Tadiran) through WeSolv. We offer a complete range of models, with line capacities that can serve from 16 to 6,000 users, and with options for features such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) support, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) support, and Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI).
The FPI Group has designed and implemented the cabling backbone for many new buildings and factory complexes. This would typically be an integrated structured cabling system, supporting data, voice, video and building electronics workload.
FPI designs, supplies and implements state-of-the-art building electronics systems, for applications such as security and access control, building automation (for control of HVAC, electrical, lighting and/or elevator systems), safety systems (such as fire detection), and other auxiliary supervisory control systems.
The FPI Group supplies the equipment and provides the methodology, training, consultancy and support needed for enterprises to perform network "health check" services, troubleshooting services, network topology discovery and documentation services, and network planning.
FPI's networking subsidiary WeSolv houses the biggest collection of networking engineers in the country. FPI uses these scarce skills to provide design, integration, implementation, software customization, maintenance, and support services. This differentiates FPI from the other network equipment providers and allows FPI to integrate the various network components into a no-risk turnkey solution for its clients.
