We recognize that some of our customers' requirements are more business-intensive and less technology intensive. To meet these needs, we draw on our industry expertise. Our team of experts collectively carries many years of experience and knowledge across various industries and business functions.

We also recognize that other customer needs are more technology-intensive and less business-intensive. Thus, we have special areas of technological competence that cut horizontally across industries. These refer to cross-industry solutions (such as data warehousing or call centers), or to generic platforms or products (such as infrastructure systems or networks). Each of these horizontal units maintains their own technology specialists, whose skills are available to support our clients across all the different industry groups.

Some customer requirements are business-intensive, while others are IT-intensive. Frequently, these two needs are inseparable. Whatever the necessity, we know that customers expect solutions that will enhance their business. Industry know-how and technology expertise are thus two sides of the same coin, both providing real value to solutions that support our customers' business objectives. This is why FPI has invested in building up skills for both the industry and the technology axis.
