Recommended SCSI Card
The operation of Fujitsu scanners with the following SCSI boards on:
Windows2000 Professional (WNASPI32.DLL (file version 4.60)),
WindowsNT4.0 (WNASPI32.DLL (file version 4.01)),
Windows95, Windows98, Windows98 Second Edition
has been confirmed.
When you use WindowsMe or other OS, some scanner models may have limitations on their operation.
Note that the information in the tables below was released on June 2003 and may be updated.

- Failure in scanner operation has been reported on all the models when using a ISA bus SCSI board with Windows 2000. As a PCI
bus is widely used instead of the ISA bus at present, the ISA bus will not be upgraded for Windows 2000.
- When using M4099D with Windows 2000, Imprinter option may not work properly. We are investigating the cause of the malfunction.
There is no problem with Windows NT4.0, Windows 95, Windows 98.

- Failure in scanner operation including erratic scanned images have been reported when the PC accesses to the HD during scanning.
