Singapore, July 23, 2004 – Fujitsu Microelectronics Asia Pte Ltd introduces “MB93461᾿, first of the “FR 450 series᾿ of the SoC (System on Chip) products using “FR450 core᾿, a programmable media processor that incorporates a MMU. The SoC “MB93461᾿ is a highly integrated chip with resources like the FR-V core, video, audio, communication on a single chip. In addition, two bridge chips “MB93441᾿ and “MB93443᾿ were also developed to provide the additional interfaces like PCI, IDE and PC Card interface.

As a result, Fujitsu Ten Software Philippines, Inc. shall now be known as FUJITSU TEN SOLUTIONS PHILIPPINES, INC. This change in name has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 7, 2004.
