Singapore, April 29, 2003 – To address world-wide environmental concerns, Fujitsu Components Asia, Limited today announced that it will switch to lead-free relays and begin shipments in June 2003. The company’s other product lines (connectors, resistive touch panels, thermal printers, KVM switches, and keyboards) will be converted to lead-free materials by March 2004.

The MBMN29BS12DH is a NOR-type 128-Mbit product with burst mode functionality for use in mobile devices. The MBM29SL800TE and MBM29SL800BE are NOR-type 8-Mbit products employing Super Chip Size Package (Super-CSPTM) packaging technology for use in wireless communications modules, such as Bluetooth, and for ultra-compact mobile devices.
