Top Export Performer Bronze Award Given To FTCP


Malacanang, Manila, October 12, 2004 — On the 12th of October 2004, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo honored Fujitsu Ten Corporation of the Philippines (FTCP) along with 51 companies for their outstanding export performance during a ceremony held at the Malacañang Ceremonial Hall. The Export Development Council (EDC) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) recognized Fujitsu Ten as one of the “TOP EXPORT PERFORMER” for the year 2003.

Having exceeded US$100 million of export revenues, Fujitsu Ten Corporation of the Philippines was granted with the Bronze Award and was considered one of the highest export volume gainers in the country. Together with the Gold Awardees (export revenues of at least US$1 billion) and Silver Awardees (export revenues of at least US$500 million), the TOP EXPORT PERFORMERS were thanked and congratulated by DTI Chief and EDC chairman Cesar Purisima for their continuous support in the pursuit of the country’s sustainable export development. All 52 companies were also considered as major contributors of national growth and economic development through competitive Philippine exports.

Top Export Performer Award

With much gratitude and humility, FTCP President Masahiko Enoki received the plaque of appreciation from her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo during the ceremony at the Malacañang Palace.

Bronze Award

Bronze Award given to Fujitsu Ten Corp. of the Philippines for its excellent export performance for the year 2003.
