New Name for FTSPI

Manila, July 16, 2004 — On July 16, 2004 the Board of Directors of Fujitsu Ten Software Philippines agreed that the company shall undertake an expansion in its business. As a result, Fujitsu Ten Software Philippines, Inc. shall now be known as FUJITSU TEN SOLUTIONS PHILIPPINES, INC. This change in name has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 7, 2004.

With the expansion of its business, we have diversified our business to better accommodate the growing needs of our clients. In January of 2005 FTSPI shall carry out research and design of prototype units, electrical circuits, mechanical parts, printed circuit boards for car audio-visual equipments, car accessories and car electronic parts in addition to the our current software development operations.

In line with the recent changes in our company and the Core Values Workshop, Mr. Kamai has approved the new Mission-Vision and Core Values of FTSP.
