Safety Center of the Philippines implements FINWISE

Safety Center of the Philippines, Inc., a newly established safety equipment distributor, has chosen FINWISE to run the company's accounting, sales and distribution operations.
The company was formed to take advantage of an emerging market created by a new government regulation requiring establishments to install safety devices in their premises. In order to get a good head start in this market, the client will use FINWISE to automate its sales procedures and manage its financial operations.
"FINWISE has customizable, future modules, which can be easily developed and integrated to the basic package and there is single point of contact, wherein we can negotiate with only one supplier. These are the factors why we chose FINWISE," says Benjamin Tan, General Manager of Safety Center. FINWISE was chosen simply because it can address Safety Center's needs. Added to this is UniServ's capability to implement such a solution and its commitment to always ensure customer satisfaction.
FINWISE is a fully integrated financial and distribution system designed for small- to medium- scale companies in a single or multi-company setup. It is developed in PRO-IV language and uses ORACLE RDBMS for data management.
Several features specific to the client's need were added to the basic design. This includes Sales Quotes Maintenance and Commission Reporting. These additions were developed to speed up processing of orders and boost sales. UniServ Systems International, Inc., a subsidiary of Fujitsu Philippines, Inc. and developer of FINWISE, will provide installation, implementation, consultation, customization education and training services for this venture. FINWISE modules to be implemented are Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Sales and Purchase Order, Inventory, Fixed Asset and Cash Management.
