ISDN-Primary Rate Interface DT Expansion at Innove Communications Host Exchanges
From year 2004, Call centers began popping-up due to the value added services being offered by telecom companies as well as other establishments requiring trouble ticket managing. Innove Communications, formerly part of Globe Telecom have requested Fujitsu to expand their resources on the ISDN PRI of the Fujitsu FETEX-150 equipment to serve their increasing demand for ISDN Primary Rate Interfaces. FPI Telecoms again paved the way for FTSP to give the unparalleled services for Innove Communications. The project consist on expanding the ISDN Primary Rate Interfaces at Innove’s Makati System 2, Mandaluyong System 2 and Marikina System 2 host Exchanges. FTSP have completed the project by the first half of January 2005 and boosted Innove to be more competitive in providing connectivity to Call Centers and ISP businesses, alike.
